Dr. Rosenberg is Visiting Professor of Fine Art at the Instituto Superior de Arte in Havana, Cuba and was Adjunct Assistant Professor of Appraising at New York University for many years. He received his Doctor of Science in Art from Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA), an Honorary Doctor of Letters from Hofstra University, and Honorary Fellow from the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. He is certified in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) through 2017.
